Purpose of the Women’s Academy:

The Women's Academy aims to enlighten, inspire, and empower participants, helping you to realize your potential within the financial industry.

During the 8-week program, you will attend a 3-hour session each week at Danske Bank’s headquarters, providing a sneak peek into a wide range of departments within Large Corporates and Institutions and Group Risk Management. This structured exposure is designed to offer a holistic view of our operations and help you discover your career path.

What You Gain:

• Knowledge: Immerse yourself in the workings of Danske Bank with insights from various departments such as LC&I Corporate Banking, Research, Derivatives, Corporate Finance, Debt Capital Market, Investment Risk, Strategy Execution, and Enterprise Risk Management, to name a few.
• Network: Build valuable connections by interacting with Danske Bank’s professionals and leaders.
• Community: Join a dynamic community of fellow participants and become part of the Women’s Academy alumni network, which provides ongoing opportunities for connection and learning.

The program concludes with a celebratory dinner, and you will receive a certificate of completion to mark your contribution and participation.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for students who are:

• Currently enrolled in university, from the 2nd year of Bachelor’s to the 2nd year of Master’s.
• Interested in deepening their understanding of the banking sector and possess a curiosity about areas such as investment banking, risk management, and financial control.
• Motivated to learn and grow, with or without prior expertise in banking.
