We are seeking a new skilled Business Manager to join our Operational Leadership Team in the Customer and Sector integration tribe in Danske Bank.

In Danske Bank, we have consolidated Business development and IT into agile development areas, known as Tribes, with strong autonomy and goals to enhance and develop products to our customers.

As a business manager in the Customer and Sector Integrations tribe you will work

closely with the operational leadership team on tasks across areas such as: Finances, Strategy, Portfolio Management and HR processes. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited do:

  • Financial management – incl. reporting on monthly financial tendencies, vendor and staffing forecast, cost analysis, extension and registration.

  • Support or/and drive strategic processes on behalf of the tribe (Example: Annual Business Reviews).

  • Staff cost projections and tracking of staff capacity pipeline (HR).

  • Support in drafting and measuring KPIs, in collaboration with several internal support teams.

  • Presentations on ad hoc basis providing the option to shape the strategic agenda for the tribe.

  • Driving/supporting projects based on your individual interests

About you:
The Business manager position is multifaceted, and it is an advantage if you are skilled in different disciplines, in the sphere of finance, project management, strategy and executive support. You bring a proactive attitude and thrive in a dynamic environment, where structure and prioritisation of tasks is key to reach team goals. The ideal candidate additionally possess:

  • A Master' Degree in business administration, Strategy/organisation, HR, Economics or similar.

  • 4+ years of experience within management consulting, finance, project management or similar.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to connect and create trusted relationships.

  • High level of integrity and accountability.

  • Structured analytical approach when problem solving.

  • Advanced English level, verbally and in writing.

  • Interested in understanding processes, work practices, and pursuing progress.
