About the role
As the Head of Bar (HoB), you will be responsible for ensuring efficient daily operations behind the bar, maintaining inventory, and upholding impeccable quality standards. You will showcase your creativity by designing new signature cocktails that captivate our guests, but also reflects the style of the bar outlet. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in training, mentoring, and motivating your team to provide exceptional service and maintain a cohesive, high-performing bar staff.
This role is essential in delivering a lively yet sophisticated bar atmosphere that drives guest satisfaction and keeps them coming back to the bars.
Your most important tasks
When on duty, the HoB oversees the Main Bar, taking full responsibility for its operations and ensuring smooth coordination across all departments.
Develop and manage our signature cocktail program, including an enticing NoLo (no- and low-alcohol) offering and a curated avec selection.
Maintain accurate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) percentages to ensure profitability without compromising quality.
Conduct monthly inventory counts and ensure both bars are always well-stocked and ready for service.
Train, mentor, and motivate a talented team of bartenders and waitstaff to maintain high standards and foster a collaborative work environment. At the same time ensure efficient work procedures to achieve a high RevPOLU.
Who you are
We’re looking for a creative and organized individual with a proven track record in bar management. You have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a strong sense of leadership.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have at least 2 years of experience in bar management or a similar role.
Have a natural passion and understanding of hospitality, making every guest feel welcome and valued.
Possess a deep knowledge of mixology and are eager to innovate.
Are a confident leader who can inspire and develop your team.
Have strong organizational and financial skills to manage inventory and costs.
Are a team player who values collaboration across departments.
