Employment as TA requires you to be academically qualified for the courses you apply for. You should have completed as a minimum the first year of a relevant education at a university or equivalent when employment starts. You are also not allowed to be a student on the course you are applying for. We welcome applications from both active students and graduates.

TA positions are available on these courses and are subject to change (course cancellation or similar).

Job and task description
The employment period is from 1 January - 31 May 2026 for Spring 2026 courses.

For semester-long courses, TAs can be expected to work approximately 3-10 hours a week during the employment period depending on which course the TA is assigned to.

TAs assist the course teaching team with a number of tasks, including being present at exercises for Q&A, help and instructions to students. The tasks of the TA will depend on the preferences of the Course Manager. Please read more about the role on the specific courses here.

Salary and Holiday bonus
TAs enrolled in university-level education are employed and paid in accordance with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular of 08 January 2025 “Cirkulære om overenskomst for studenterundervisere ved universiteter mv." The salary is based on an hourly rate of DKK 251.21 at April 2025 level.

TAs not enrolled in university-level education are employed and paid in accordance with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular of 16 March 2022 "Cirkulære om aftale om eksterne lektorer og undervisningsassistenter ved universiteter m.fl. under Uddannelses- og forskningsministeriet."
The salary is based on an hourly rate of DKK 279.85 per hour at April 2025 level.
