Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound travel-related inquiries and bookings from clients

  • Create customized tour programs that match clients' specific needs and preferences

  • Provide expert advice to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

  • Take proactive responsibility in handling any unexpected or urgent situations that may arise during group tours

  • Provide customer support and follow up on itineraries, schedules, and service quality

Profile Required:

  • Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Prior experience in tour operations within the Scandinavian region is highly preferred.

  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are required
