Client Manager for Large Corporate Banking

We are looking forward to welcoming a new Client Manager to our Large Corporate Banking team in Copenhagen, where you will be working out of our new Domicile.

Client Management is an integral part of the customer relationship team, working closely with Relationship Managers, Senior Bankers, and various specialist and support departments. As a Client Manager, you will focus on delivering a great customer experience for Danske Bank's customers in the Large Corporate Banking segment.

As a Client Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring top-quality standards in everything we do. Your responsibilities will be broad and varied, including handling credit applications, responding to daily inquiries related to banking and Cash Management, initiating on-boardings, and coordinating various customer-related projects.

We expect you to have:

A background in banking, with knowledge of credit, Cash Management, or market-related financial products
Strong communication skills in both Danish and English
Fluency in Danish
