Are you analytically sharp, curious about numbers, and ready to take part in the development of our Finance department? This is your chance to become part of an ambitious team where you’ll gain responsibility and grow alongside a fast-moving company.

This is a newly created position in our Finance team, designed to support our Controllers by taking on both recurring and ad hoc tasks. You’ll play a key role in the daily operations and gain broad insight into our financial processes – from budgeting and reporting to supporting Customer Service and handling accounts payable.

You’ll be based at our HQ in Holstebro in a department with 4 colleagues and report directly to the CFO.

Your Role
As Junior Controller, you’ll be part of a dynamic team, working both independently and closely with colleagues across our organization. Your workday will be varied, and as you grow in the role, so will your responsibilities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Submitting reports to public authorities

  • Participating in the budgeting process and follow-up

  • Month-end closing in collaboration with other Controllers

  • Ad hoc analysis and data-driven decision support

  • Contributing to cross-functional projects with a focus on financial elements

  • Assisting with bookkeeping and
    other relevant tasks within Finance.

What We Expect from You
You’re structured, have a good head for numbers, and thrive in a role with many internal interfaces. You’re naturally curious about IT solutions and a knowledge of systems like D365FO, Power-BI, and Excel are an
advantage.

We imagine you:

  • Have a solid understanding of
    accounting and a relevant educational background – e.g., HD-R part 1, office education with a focus on accounting, or experience from a similar role

  • Are comfortable communicating in Danish and in English, both written and spoken

  • Are eager to learn and grow in a role with cross functional collaboration

  • Are motivated by finding solutions and understanding financial processes.
