The Role
We are seeking an experienced Chef who is passionate about Italian and contemporary cuisine. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, skill, and a commitment to excellence in every dish.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality Italian and modern dishes

  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control

  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment

  • Collaborate with the team to design seasonal menus and specials

  • Manage kitchen operations efficiently during busy service hours

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a chef specializing in Italian and/or modern cuisine

  • Strong knowledge of fresh ingredients and authentic Italian recipes

  • Creativity in plating and menu design

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude

  • Able to start immediately or by September 1st
