Your position
In your new position as Firefighting Service Engineer in the Technology Solutions division, you will be a valuable member of our Service Team in Denmark, whose mission is to deliver high-quality firefighting system services and maintenance to our clients in the offshore energy industry. You will have the chance to work hands-on with critical safety systems across international offshore operations.

Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, right on the waterfront – views do not get any better than this. The position is full-time, and you can expect to travel 100+ days per year.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As a Firefighting Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the delivery, coordination, and execution of firefighting service and maintenance tasks for our on- and offshore clients.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Performing hands-on service, troubleshooting, and supervision of firefighting systems (Water Mist, Deluge, Foam, Argonite, etc.)
- Planning and executing maintenance and installation work both onshore and offshore
- Producing and reviewing work packages, including RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
- Providing remote support and technical input to tenders and quotations
- Engaging directly with clients and identifying new service opportunities
- Supporting and adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards in all activities
Your profile & qualifications
We are looking for a proactive and technically competent service engineer who is passionate about operational safety and firefighting systems. You have a structured and independent approach to your work and are eager to contribute to international offshore projects.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- A technical education or qualification (engineering or technician – mechanical and/or electrical)
- Experience from the offshore industry, preferably 1–5 years
- Knowledge of firefighting systems in an operational setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Willingness and ability to travel 100+ days annually and work offshore
- Experience with work package preparation and safety documentation (RAMS)
