Are you passionate about precision climate control and cleanroom environments? We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Supporter Engineer to join our team and ensure optimal performance of our air handling and ventilation systems in a highly regulated manufacturing setting.
The position
As our new colleague, you will be acting as our HVAC Supporter Engineer. Alongside your colleagues, you will support the HVAC work package and will be actively involved in securing in our team maintain stable reliable equipment. We continuously optimize and troubleshoot our process to ensure a good performance of the system.
Key responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain HVAC systems in compliance with GMP and ISO standards.
- Monitor and optimize airflow, temperature, humidity, and pressure differentials in cleanroom environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize downtime and ensure product integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, maintenance, and production.
- Support validation, qualification, and documentation of HVAC systems.
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Ideally:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering (Maskinmester), Building Services, or related field.
- Ideally, 3+ years of experience in HVAC systems, preferably in pharmaceutical or aseptic manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, cleanroom classifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with BMS (Building Management Systems) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- You have great communication skills with the ability to build relations with stakeholders.
- Fluent in spoken and written English. It is advantageous if you can speak Danish.

About the department
We are based in Hillerød, where your new colleagues are looking forward to welcoming you. We are proud to work in a newly established facility which are be supplying the market patients worldwide changing the lives for people living with diabetes and serious obesity.
Our department is ramping up production to serve even more patients, which makes this position perfect for a candidate eager to work with continues improvements and problem solving to secure a smooth production of the facility. We are dedicated to delivering strong results driven by team members who are empowered to make their own decisions.
The team consists of 14 professionals. We share a relaxed tone and high ambitions, and we take pride in never compromising on quality or safety.
