The position
As AV Live Booking Coordinator, your primary responsibilities are.
- Managing the AV Live calendar across all auditoriums and studios
- Take ownership of the AV Live mailbox
- Single point of contact for booking of events
- Responsible for updating the department/area SharePoint sites.
- Gater the info for Equipment needed for the event, via questionnaire.
- Communicate with receptionists when booking self-service auditoriums.
- Continual service improvement of the booking process
The position is based in Måløv, Denmark. However, working in Bagsværd is also possible to some extent. The role is scheduled to begin in mid-August or September 2025 and continue until October 2026.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, we imagine that you have:
- Coordination and always keeping an overview is your key competency.
- You can collaborate and communicate with multiply stakeholders.
- Excellent communications skills in Danish and English – verbally and written.
- Audio & Video experience is a clear advantage.
- Experience with booking systems and optimisation of coordination is preferred.
- It is in your interest to learn about technology and video equipment.
It is important that you take ownership and can navigate in a work environment that can at times be hectic where a day sometimes does not turn out as planned. On a personal level, you have a service-minded, positive, and engaging personality as well as a ‘can-do attitude’.

About the team
As primary support responsible for AV Live events in Novo Nordisk, we are expanding our team in Denmark. You will join as part of our Nordics Team within Global IT Support The team’s job areas are within AV Live, AV support, Onsite / VIP Support, Vendor- and Asset management.

About The Department
By joining Global IT Operations (GITO), you will become part of a strong global community of more than 2000 skilled IT professionals, who are responsible for IT systems, Services, and initiatives in Novo Nordisk, working in a truly global organisation based on agile principles.
GITO Service Desk and IT Support is a unit consisting of multiple teams of highly skilled and dedicated employees located around the world in our sales affiliates and our Global Service Centre. The department is responsible for both 1st level support, on-site support, and single point of contact at the local sites, while also participating actively in product teams in our other product areas such as Digital Workplace and Infrastructure.
