Your new role
As part of the CMC and Product Supply (CMC&PS) Executive Office you will be driving strategic and operational decision-making processes that impact Novo Nordisk’s investments, manufacturing, and public affairs portfolio. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Co-managing the Novo Nordisk Investment Portfolio Group (IPG) Secretariat and supporting the overall investment portfolio management.
- Developing and delivering high-quality, strategic materials for Executive Management and the Board of Directors, including investment approval memos and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Leading and supporting analyses, projects, and business reviews for CMC&PS management and Executive Vice President (EVP).
- Building and maintaining a large and important network of key stakeholders across entire organisation.
- Overseeing CMC&PS KPIs and business reviews to continuously drive improvement and alignment.
- Managing the Public Affairs portfolio related to global manufacturing activities.

Your skills & qualifications
We’re looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager who enjoys working in a global and dynamic environment. To succeed in this role, we imagine you have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, management, or financial accounting.
- More than 4 years of experience in portfolio management, corporate finance, investment management, or similar roles.
- Very strong stakeholder management, business understanding, and analytical skills.
- Experience in structuring, process optimisation, and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills to work with all levels of the organisation.
- Project management or consultancy experience are advantageous.
- Large construction projects exposure/experience are advantageous.
