Your new role

The role is a 1- year maternity cover.

As a Global Launch Lead, you will be responsible for enhancing and optimising the launch of one of our exciting digital assets in Growth Hormone Deficiency. More specifically, you will ensure the future success of our integrated ecosystem. You will be closely working with the Global Rare Endocrine Therapy Areas, regions, affiliates, brand teams, Digital Health, IT and Device teams.

You will support the Digital Development team by initiating, shaping, and leading the commercial activities towards launches, and manage a range of core commercial processes e.g., budget, approval, planning and system support. You will own and implement a connected ecosystem launch, including timelines, tasks, promotional materials needed, and you will be the point of contact for the affiliates for all questions regarding the launch.

You will capture the learnings from first launches to secure a best-in-class global commercial launch of our integrated growth hormone treatment Digital Solutions assets.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the integrated ecosystem asset launch with affiliates and manage the cross functional launch team
  • Driving the Launch Activity Plan with upcoming launch countries. The focus will be on US including driving stakeholder management with local and global Commercial, Medical, Access, Regulatory, Consultants, and IT
  • Development of commercial strategic guidance for Digital Health solutions for the growth hormone treatment portfolio, including business cases and roadmap prioritisation
  • Supporting launch countries and integration of Digital Health solutions
  • Development of promotional and training materials and branding for Digital Health solutions
  • Development of content for the Digital Health solutions for the growth hormone treatment
  • Be part of building our new area to secure we establish best practice on how we address digital health across Therapy Areas with anchoring in Rare Endocrine Therapy Areas as well as previous experience

For this position, travel is expected up to 15-25 days per year.

Your new department

The Digital team is dedicated to creating strategic commercial input and developing integrated Digital customer facing solutions. We aim to boost our launches and explore new value creation whilst simplifying complex treatment regimens and providing better outcomes for our patients.

Your skills & qualifications

To be a competitive candidate, we expect you to have:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant area combined with in-depth life science commercial understanding and 5+ years’ experience. Some experience in rare diseases is highly welcome
  • Proven track record of successfully driving complex projects from early ideas to realised benefits, as your projects are executed within a global framework and a diverse and complex stakeholder landscape
  • Strong commercial understanding, product launch experience is preferred
  • Prior experience with bringing a Digital Health solution to market
  • Track record of operating successfully in a multi-stakeholder matrix organisation, preferably in a role with global responsibility
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong communication skills including the ability to communicate and present complex subjects in an easy and understandable way

On a personal level, you are curious, open-minded, and passionate about driving change, as well as capable of setting a course of action for multiple stakeholders with differing needs. You like exploring new territory and are assertive when working with novel approaches and ideas and feel comfortable delivering without established processes, developing them as you go, and informing best practices.

You are keen on understanding our customers and might have previously spent time in a customer-facing role and you are able to maintain focus working within a complex stakeholder landscape or tight deadlines.
