Your New Role
You will join FPMSAT Engineering, a global team within Finished Product Development & Manufacturing (FPDM) responsible for supporting and optimizing assembly and packaging processes and production lines across Novo Nordisk’s production network. Our mission is to drive standardization, promote best practices, and enhance operational and reliability excellence to ensure seamless pro-duction of life-saving products for patients worldwide.
As a Maintenance and Reliability Specialist, you will:
- Develop and execute maintenance and reliability strategies, that align with organizational goals, ensuring optimal performance of Fleet lines within FPM assembly and packaging.
- Coach and mentor colleagues in maintenance and reliability principles and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning on a global level.
- Drive improvements in maintenance procedures, utilizing global best practices to advance and enhance internal procedures and standards within the maintenance and reliability disciplines.
- Collaborate with global production sites and engage with assembly and packaging lines for finished products across multiple global production sites to drive uniformity and efficiency in reliability practices.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for equipment failures, sharing insights to drive continuous improvement, mitigation strategies and global learning.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that best practices in maintenance and reliability are effectively communicated and implemented throughout the organization.
The department is currently based in Bagsværd, Denmark, and could be subject to change.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven 5-7 years experience in maintenance and reliability
- Expertise in predictive maintenance, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement maintenance tactics and strategies
- Proficiency in cost-benefit analysis, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA)
- Understanding of ISO 55000 (Asset Management)
- English language proficiency

Excellent communication & collaboration skills play a crucial role since as this role is the key link between engineering, production, and maintenance teams, the candidate must be able to convey complex technical information clearly and foster effective cross-functional collaboration.
