Your Role
As our People Manager, you’ll lead a highly skilled team of ten professionals, including subject matter experts (SMEs), specialists, and project managers. Your team plays a pivotal role in ensuring consistent manufacturing performance and quality standards for Drug Device Combination products and medical devices—crucial to delivering high-quality treatments to patients globally.

This leadership position combines strategic decision-making, collaboration across stakeholders, and driving innovation to tackle emerging challenges, all while contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Empower and guide the team to deliver projects effectively while fostering professional growth.
  • Quality Oversight: Ensure release specifications and associated submission documents for devices and combination products comply with cGMP requirements and standards.
  • Strategic Alignment: Communicate strategic priorities and maintain strong engagement across Novo Nordisk stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement LEAN principles, optimize processes, and address complex challenges collaboratively.
  • Harmonization and Collaboration: Drive alignment across stakeholders to enhance business impact and efficiency.

About the department

Product Control Development is part of a dynamic department New Products with 60 professionals organized into five specialized teams. Our mission is to innovate processes, uphold high-quality standards, and aid global production through expert guidance.

Qualifications
We’re looking for an inspiring leader with expertise in quality and compliance. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • A Master’s degree in Natural Sciences or a related field, with experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or GMP-regulated production.
  • At least five years of leadership experience, including proficiency in GMP regulations and management systems.
  • Experience with LEAN principles and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including global supplier relationships.
  • Fluency in Danish and English.

You possess excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, drive performance and teamwork, and value operational efficiency while embracing innovation.
