Job Description: Frontline agents manage chats, emails, and calls to assist customers with account settings, content issues, refund requests, and troubleshooting technical problems. They also review flagged content to ensure compliance with company usage standards, including handling phishing, spam, and malware concerns.

The role is divided into two main areas:

  1. Customer Support: Includes Business Onboarding and Business Integrity workflows, where agents respond using predefined (canned) answers to common technical inquiries.

  2. Trust and Safety: Involves reviewing and moderating content from business and personal users, groups, and handling sensitive or egregious material.

Agents work with multiple tools, navigate a complex knowledge base, and regularly cover weekend shifts.

Requirements:

  • No experience needed
  • Significantly advanced written communication skills
  • Significantly advanced stress tolerance
  • Strong PC knowledge, multitasking skills, and typing accuracy
  • Fluent or high level of the German language
  • Good command of English (B2 level, used for training and tools)
  • Minimum required education: high school diploma

🕘 Working Conditions:

  • Monday to Sunday schedule – weekend shift in rotation
  • On-site work from our office in Moschato, Athens
  • Onboarding 7 days (paid)
