Sales and Service Specialist
Denders ApS hiring on behalf of CHC
CHC is a Danish company headquartered in North Zealand with in‑house production facilities. Over recent years the business has evolved from niche retail products to a multi‑brand organisation that serves both consumers and B2B customers through a dedicated wholesale platform. Operating throughout the EU, the UK and Switzerland, CHC sets industry benchmarks for quality, safety and compliance in the trade and manufacture of EU‑approved hemp biomass and extracts. An internal development team, advanced data practices and a fully digital supply chain ensure agility from sourcing through fulfilment.
About the Role – Sales & Service Specialist · Bulk Wholesale
The Sales & Service Specialist will step into a central position that shares responsibility for revenue generation and customer service in CHC’s bulk division while supporting service for the consumer brands. Reporting to the Operations Lead, the specialist will convert inbound wholesale enquiries into orders, identify growth opportunities with distributors, retailers and manufacturers across the EU and United States, and establish long‑term framework agreements. Daily work involves navigating a highly regulated legal landscape, coordinating complex logistics and payment flows, and promoting catalogue items, white‑label and fulfilment solutions, as well as fully customised offerings. Close collaboration with Production, Logistics and Compliance is essential, and performance will be measured on revenue, new‑business volume, closing rate, lead‑response time and average order size. The Bulk team currently comprises two colleagues and is expected to double by the end of the year.
Your Profile
You build sound customer relationships and work confidently with data. The sales pipeline stays well-organised under your care, and your clear communication helps new clients feel at ease. You move smoothly between planning and day-to-day execution in a dynamic, highly regulated market.
Your Skills
• CRM tools – Ability to build or contribute to building dashboards, segment leads and deliver precise reporting.
• B2B sales & negotiation – Manage the full cycle from first contact to repeat orders and framework agreements.
• Payment & logistics – Work with international payment solutions, Incoterms and inventory/transport optimisation.
• Data analysis – Extract key figures, turn them into concrete actions and present insights to management.
• Regulatory insight – Communicate compliantly in channels with strict advertising restrictions.
• AI Tools – CHC uses AI to work smarter, but only as a tool—never as a substitute for solid professional craft.
Your Experience
Applicants are expected to demonstrate at least three years of success in international B2B sales, preferably within a regulated sector such as food, pharmaceutical or medical technology. Experience negotiating framework agreements and scaling business across multiple markets is important, together with fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage. A strong record of improving closing rates, order sizes and customer loyalty through data‑driven decisions is highly valued. Candidates who do not meet every criterion but understand the complexity of the role and learn quickly are still encouraged to apply.
We Offer
The position provides a competitive salary commensurate with experience, a transparent commission scheme, an annual company bonus, pension and private health insurance. A hybrid set‑up allows for remote work a few days each month by agreement. The specialist will regularly represent CHC at trade fairs and conferences, mainly within the EU, and will gain significant influence over processes in a growth‑oriented business alongside close collaboration with experts in production, compliance and logistics.
Application Info
Applications consisting of a CV and brief cover letter should be sent to job@chc.dk. Submissions will be reviewed on an ongoing basis and aims for a swift recruitment process. Enquiries can be directed to the Operations Lead on +45 71 99 19 55. The expected start date is no later than Q3 2025.
The hiring team looks forward to hearing from prospective candidates.
