The position
In our laboratories, we work with optimization and data generation for processes related to formulation, filling processes, freeze-drying or cleaning for our growing product portfolio.
You will:
- Be involved in the laboratory's activities and, together with the team, identify optimizations to ensure future deliveries.
- Apply your expertise and experience in testing and development tasks, quality and communication.
- Be part of the operation and maintenance of the laboratory and optimization of workflows, processes, SOPs and other areas where you see opportunities for development and improvement.
- Responsible for strengthening our involvement and collaboration in laboratory-related project activities with stakeholders in Novo Nordisk, which is why communication and project understanding are important for success.
- Work closely with academics and specialists in the area and can look forward to an exciting and varied working day, where you have a great influence on your work and help ensure that the team reaches its goals.
This position is a 2-year temporary contract.
Qualifications
You have:
- Engineer or scientific background, preferably within the Pharma, Life Science or food industry, for example from production or QC.
- Technical acumen within a lab environment, understanding and experience with equipment, as well as experience from Design of Experiments (DoE) testing work is an advantage.
- You are a team player – open-minded, committed and able to inspire and motivate your colleagues regardless of cultural and scientific background.
- Innovative thinking, curious and likes to develop and experiment.
- You work in a structured manner and have a strong focus on the quality of your work.
- You can communicate in both Danish and English and have good social skills that allow you to build networks with both colleagues and stakeholders.
About the department
Process Technology & Optimization is part of AMSAT Aseptic Manufacturing Science & Transfers, a dynamic business area consisting of approximately 135 dedicated colleagues. The area covers site transfers, site support, process optimization and improvement projects of varying complexity.
In Process Technology & Optimization, we have a strong focus on optimizations of processes for new and existing products as well as new technologies that need to be implemented to increase the use of the test laboratories and to support knowledge about our processes at Novo Nordisk.
