The position
As an Adv API Manufacturing Professional at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders
- Drive the adoption of Agile and Lean methodologies across the organization
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to communicate improvement strategies in the team and across the organization
- Support projects in the team that optimize supply chain processes and ensure continuous improvements and compliance
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we imagine you have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, data science, analytics, or any other relevant field
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
- Project management skills with a foundational understanding of supply chain processes
- Coaching and facilitation skills to drive organizational change and improvement
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
Additionally, familiarity with SAP and Power BI, and knowledge of LEAN thinking and a LEAN mindset would be considered a plus.
About the department
PS API Technical Production Support is a central department located in Kalundborg, Denmark. We are approximately 30 colleagues dedicated to ensuring compliance and high product quality. Our responsibilities include delivering quality-controlled spare parts to all PS API production facilities. We play a crucial role in Novo Nordisk’s social responsibility and environmental strategy. Our team shares a relaxed tone, big ambitions, and a commitment to never compromising on quality or safety. Kalundborg is home to one of the largest production facilities in Novo Nordisk, offering a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere.
