Your Role: Create Leverage. Build Legacy.

As a BDR, you’ll:

  • Identify high-potential leads with a sniper’s focus

  • Initiate conversations that create momentum and convert interest into action

  • Own the first impression — email, phone, LinkedIn, chat — and make it count

  • Book qualified meetings for our Account Executives

  • Shadow sales calls to sharpen your skills and prepare to step up

  • Influence how we target, communicate, and grow across Europe

You’ll be trusted. Expected to execute. And supported to rise.

Who You Are

You’re hungry. Focused. Ambitious. You want more than a paycheck — you want progress.

  • Sales experience? Great — but not required

  • If you’ve booked meetings, prospected, or sold before — that’s a big plus

  • Comfortable on the phone, sharp on chat, fluent in conversation

  • Speak and write fluent English (German or French = bonus points)

  • You show up sharp, take ownership, and perform under pressure

  • You’re not afraid to ask, pitch, follow up, and close

  • Full-time, on-site position at our HQ:

  • Base salary: 23,000 DKK/month

  • Uncapped commission:

    • 100 DKK per booked and held meeting

    • 0.5% of the contract value on every converted deal from your pipeline
