At EMS, we’re seeking a Structural Project Manager to drive the successful execution of complex steel fabrication and assembly projects for the energy sector.

What’s the Role About?

As a Structural Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of structural projects - from initial planning, through fabrication and assembly, to final delivery. You will coordinate across departments, ensure technical compliance, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead, manage, and prepare structural steel projects from tender to delivery ✅ Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets ✅ Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and QA/QC teams ✅ Prepare quotations and cost calculations for customer inquiries ✅ Communicate with suppliers to obtain material prices and delivery times ✅ Ensure all work meets technical specifications, quality, and safety standards ✅ Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders ✅ Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes

Who Are You?

You are a technically strong and proactive project manager with experience in structural steel fabrication and/or mechanical projects. You understand both the engineering and practical sides of execution, and you excel at leading teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering complex technical projects successfully.

Your Skills & Experience

☑️ Proven experience managing fabrication or construction projects ☑️ Experience in steel fabrication, welding, or similar manufacturing industries ☑️ Knowledge of materials, welding processes, and production methods ☑️ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings ☑️ Strong experience with piping isometrics, spools, 3D models, and technical documentation ☑️ Familiarity with EN 1090 (EXC1-EXC3) and EN ISO 3834 quality and welding standards ☑️ Understanding of additional standards such as ASME B31.3, PED, and related documentation (e.g., ITPs, MDRs, welding logs) ☑️ Experience preparing quotations and time/material estimates ☑️ Experience working with technical documentation and quality requirements ☑️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ☑️ Ability to collaborate with production teams in a fast-paced environment
