DESCRIPTION
We are searching for an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to join our Commercial team in Odense.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing and further developing our marketing and communications strategy as the company scales in both the commercial SATCOM industry and the Defense industry.

In this position, you will be responsible for planning and executing the annual branding and marketing activities targeting our global market. You will need to take initiative and work independently in driving our marketing strategy and activities forward. As a small team, we need someone who can work on a strategic level whilst also being hands on – creating content and delivering digital marketing campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You can expect your day-to-day responsibilities to include:

  • Communication and brand management
  • Product presentations and marketing assets
  • Digital presence and social media content management
  • Website management including SEO
  • Graphic designs and production of printed collateral
  • Implementation of marketing tools
  • Organising and managing exhibitions and events globally
  • Supporting the sales and business development team.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
We are looking for a result-oriented, self-starter who is highly driven with a strong commercial mindset. Your marketing approach is sales oriented; you work confidently measuring campaign results and qualifying leads.
More specifically we expect you:

  • Have strong experience in a similar role as Marketing and/or Communications Manager.
  • Are experienced working in a technical business.
  • Have an educational background in marketing, communications, brand management, or similar.
  • Are fluent in English, both orally and written.
  • Have a high-level of personal drive to work both strategically and operationally on a day-to-day basis.

It would additionally be advantageous if you:

  • Have experience working in a scale-up or growing business.
  • Have experience working in the defense sector.

TRAVEL DEMANDS

  • Expected 20-50 travel days per year.
