Position: Passionate Pizzaiolo
📍 Location: Dragør, just minutes from Copenhagen

Re Cucina, our cozy and modern Italian restaurant in Dragør, is looking for an experienced pizzaiolo to join our dynamic and creative kitchen team!

🧑‍🍳 Your role:

  • Craft delicious, authentic pizzas using fresh, high-quality ingredients

  • Handle dough, toppings, and baking with skill and care (wood-fired or electric oven)

  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team in a friendly and professional environment

  • Contribute to seasonal and creative updates of our pizza menu

💡 You are:

  • Passionate about real Italian pizza

  • Well-organized, fast, and creative

  • Experienced as a pizzaiolo (minimum 1 year required)

  • Able to work well under pressure while keeping a positive attitude

  • Comfortable speaking English (Danish or Italian is a bonus!)
