We are looking for an IT Compliance Specialist who can help us optimise and execute on our compliance strategy for IT Infrastructure covering cloud infrastructure, our digital workplace and network. You’ll contribute both the project and operations phase, and will be responsible for performing qualification activities such as Change and Deviations Management, Implementation plan, Implementation report, Design Review, Test strategy and execution etc. You will also perform assessments such as Supplier assessment, IT risk assessment, Functional, Security and Data integrity assessments on occasion.

Meet the team

You will join a product team of IT Compliance professionals belonging to Global IT Operation - Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure (GITO-CCI). The product team supports across our Agile product teams belonging to CCI and other parts of Global IT Operations (cloud infrastructure, Identity & Access management, Network and Datacentre etc). As the role is based in Denmark you will be a part of a local department in CCI DK, consisting of a group of highly skilled and dedicated employees responsible for Novo Nordisk Cloud and corporate infrastructure. The position is based in Ballerup, Denmark.

The role

As we are currently refining our approach to quality and IT compliance, it is an excellent time to step into this role and help optimise and define processes for our product teams. As part of your onboarding you will get a buddy, a senior colleague from your team, who will guide and support you in our processes, ways of working, introduce you to stakeholders etc.

As an IT Compliance Specialist, you will work with improvements of the qualification process and the vendor cooperation. You will support SOP updates related to qualification and guide product teams on changes and deviations. You will work closely with System Managers and Product Owners in creation and maintenance of documentation and instructions. You will help product teams with audits and inspections including closing any identified finding. As an IT Compliance Specialist, you will be expected to provide guidance and ensure knowledge sharing among agile team members on how to qualify and document IT Infrastructure. Finally, you will from time-to-time act as project coordinator when it comes to ensuring qualification deliverables on specific projects.

Candidate profile

To be successful in this role, we imagine you have:

  • A bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or related field
  • Around 5 years of experience working with IT qualification or validation the Pharma industry or other regulated environment preferably in the IT infrastructure area
  • Knowledge of GAMP 5, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11
  • Experience in working with IT service management processes and tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and pro-actively
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
