FLC is looking for an Intern in Lean Management/Industrial Processes to join our continuous improvement efforts and optimize our production processes. The Intern will support in defining KPIs, setting up dashboards, structuring and analyzing data. The ideal candidate is highly motivated in finding smart ways of using and presenting information. The candidate will support a wide variety of teams across the organization

About FLC:

At Femern Link Contractors (FLC), we are responsible for designing and constructing the immersed tunnel, portals and ramps on both ends of the tunnel, in Rødbyhavn and Puttgarden.

We are also building the facilities for prefabricating tunnel elements as well as accommodation facilities, also known as the “Tunnel village” in Rødbyhavn, which provides housing for FLC workers.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Reporting productivity KPI within the project
  • Setting up and improving data structures
  • Conducts data analyses to measure process performance and prepare meaningful reports
  • Takes part in workshops, training sessions, and meetings to enhance your knowledge of industrial production
  • Creates layouts and visual representations for process improvements and the standardization process
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work with PowerBI
  • Experience with data management
  • Experience with working with Azure or similar database
  • Student in civil engineering, industrial engineering, business management or a related field
  • Fluent in English - speaking and writing
  • Ability to identify waste and inefficiencies in processes and develop effective and practical solutions
  • You possess a willingness to learn new topics and a strong sense of teamwork
