We're Hiring: Lab & Production Technician
Drive innovation from lab bench to production floor in the world of cosmetics!

Are you passionate about chemistry, cosmetics, and hands-on innovation? We’re seeking a Lab & Production Technician to join our growing R&D and quality team, where you’ll work with raw material development, raw material approval, sample creation, product testing, and preparation for production — all in close collaboration with a highly skilled team and for top international clients in the beauty industry.

This is a key role for someone who thrives in both the lab and the pilot plant, combining scientific knowledge with practical execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our new Lab & Production Technician, you'll play an active part in:

  • Developing and testing innovative raw materials for the cosmetics industry
  • Preparing and executing small-scale production batches and test runs
  • Setting up and handling production orders, including documentation and sample coordination
  • Performing high-quality chemical analyses using HPLC, GC, spectroscopy, and wet chemistry techniques
  • Ensuring smooth workflow in our pilot plant — from product development to pre-production scale
  • Collaborating with chemists, engineers, and international clients to bring projects from idea to reality

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Energetic, proactive, and detail-driven
  • Structured and calm under pressure, yet quick to adapt
  • A natural team player who can also manage tasks independently
  • Comfortable handling both lab work and hands-on technical tasks
  • Skilled in communication – especially in English, both written and spoken

Your Background

  • A degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Laboratory assistant or a related field
  • Experience with instrumental analysis (HPLC, GC, spectroscopy) and wet chemical techniques
  • Experience working in a pilot plant, R&D lab, or similar environment
  • Familiarity with preparing and managing production orders is a big advantage
  • A solid understanding of quality standards in lab or production settings
