The position
As a Patient Insight and Intelligence Manager, you’ll gather and analyse patient data and feed-back to support strategic and operational decisions. You’ll lead the development of patient insight solutions that inform key business areas. The role combines experience in research and drug development with data skills, IT knowledge, and understanding of regulations. Your analysis will help identify trends and guide patient engagement, product development, and broader strategy.
The current key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Support Patient Voice Strategy specialists with patients’ insights and data searches
• Executing patient voice insights analysis reports as per request per TA/projects area, based on current or planned activities and coordinating the sharing of patient voice in-sights with relevant cross-functional teams in GMA/Novo Nordisk
• Support ongoing patient voice insights initiatives revolving around establishing structured processes to enhance the value of patient voice insights in the organisation
• Collaborate with teams across HQ and our affiliates for the orchestration of patient voice insights
• Pro-actively oversee the external landscape to bring out-side-in perspectives to the unit and ensure innovation in the patient voice insight space.
Given that the area is still developing, the nature of the role is flexible and may include other pro-jects in building processes and systems to manage and analyse medical insights and how to transform them into actionable insights.
In this role, you will be based at our headquarters in Søborg, Denmark, reporting to the Head of Strategy and Operations.
This is a 14-month temporary contract, with the option to work re-motely up to 2 days per week. The role requires the ability to work independently on complex tasks, lead projects, and apply a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain to support the development of impactful area deliverables.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
• A master’s degree in a relevant field, i.e. natural science or health care
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with strong stakeholder man-agement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on Drug Development and/or patient engagement activities.
• Proven experience in patient insights activities (e.g., field insights, advisory boards, da-ta/insights systems), strong analytical skills, and solid background in data management and governance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present insights effectively across different organisational levels and influence decision-making.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, understanding of patient privacy and data protection regulations, and experience with data visualisation tools, its an advantage.
• Fluency in written and spoken English

About the department
The Patient Voice Strategy and Engagement area is part of our Global Medical Affairs area within our Product & Portfolio Strategy organization in Novo Nordisk. We are organised in smaller de-partments all working across different TAs and large stakeholder interactions creating value across the value chain.
Working in this young area gives you the chance to implement your own ideas. You will have the chance to play a key role in creating and implementing innovative strategies and solutions that will have a significant impact on the success of our overall Global Medical Affairs organisation.
