Your position
In your new position as Director, BoP Service in our Service division, you will play a pivotal role in realizing Semco Maritime's ambition to become the partner of choice for large renewable infrastructure projects in Europe, USA, and Asia. You will be responsible for the commercial, operational, and strategic development of our bundled BoP service offering. Above all, your work will help shape the future of offshore energy.

Your place of work will be either at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, Denmark, or in Hamburg/Emden, Germany. The position is full-time, and you can expect approximately 30-80 travel days per year.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As Director, BoP Service, you will be responsible for leading and growing the end-to-end BoP Service business.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Leading the BoP Service P&L, including strategy, financial performance, and operational execution
- Delivering a one-stop service model integrating inspections, maintenance, commissioning, and support
- Overseeing services for transition pieces, offshore substations, cables, and associated components
- Building strong customer partnerships and reducing client interfaces through bundled offerings
- Supporting and adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards in all activities
Your profile & qualifications
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious leader who is passionate about offshore energy services and eager to drive innovation and efficiency in the field. You are a strong communicator with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in offshore wind, energy infrastructure, or industrial services
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Marine Technology, or similar
- Deep understanding of BoP assets and service practices in offshore wind
- Strong commercial mindset and experience managing cross-border teams
- Fluency in English; Danish and/or German is an advantage
