Vi søger en engageret og struktureret souschef til vores hyggelige café og selskabsforretning i hjertet af København – tæt på metro og bus.

Du bliver en nøgleperson i køkkenets daglige drift og arbejder tæt sammen med køkkenchefen. Stillingen er fuldtid med en god balance mellem morgen-, dag- og aftenvagter, som planlægges månedsvis.

Dine opgaver vil bl.a. være:

  • At sikre den daglige drift og høje kvalitet i køkkenet

  • Koordinere og støtte køkkenpersonalet under service

  • Overvåge råvareforbrug og medvirke til varebestilling og planlægning

  • Deltage aktivt i madlavning og menuudvikling

  • Sikre god hygiejne og arbejdsmiljø

We are looking for an engaged and structured sous chef to join our cozy café and event venue in the heart of Copenhagen – just steps from metro and bus connections.

You will be a key figure in the daily kitchen operations and work closely with the head chef. This is a full-time position with a well-balanced mix of morning, day, and evening shifts, scheduled on a monthly basis.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality standards in the kitchen

  • Coordinating and supporting kitchen staff during service

  • Monitoring ingredient usage and assisting with ordering and planning

  • Taking an active role in cooking and menu development

  • Maintaining high hygiene standards and a healthy work environment

  • Experience from a similar position
