The position

As Senior Project Manager, you will play an essential role in executing IT projects on a global scale. You will be working closely with different key stakeholders both in Novo Nordisk and suppliers to balance speed, simplicity and scalability by:

  • Taking ownership and setting direction of project management disciplines
  • Drive execution of a portfolio of 20-40 IT implementations at a global scale
  • Ensuring harmonized and standardized execution and implementation across the portfolio
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, specialists and project managers in driving execution and implementation
  • Making data-driven decisions and compromises aligned with stakeholders
  • Ensuring clarity and transparency around benefits, risks, costs and speed, coupled with timely execution and implementation
  • Ensuring successful transition to operations

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in either Automation/Electrical Engineering, Electronic and computer, Information- and communication technology or similar
  • Experience in one or more of the following technologies: MES, PCS, IOT, PLC and Industry 4.0
  • Proven track record as a strong project manager in a complex and regulated environment
  • Ability to role model Novo Nordisk values
  • Naturally achieving followership from project teams
  • Ability to bring together various stakeholders and suppliers towards a common goal with utmost transparency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities

Digital, Data & IT Product Supply (DD&IT PS) – Fill & Finish Expansions is a program organization - built in a multi-dimensional matrix structure, that’s designed to foster cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration to shape our future.
Our goal is to design and build future-proof, global fill & finish production facilities, with a focus on establishing strong foundational IT and automation that will enable these facilities to digitally evolve.
As a member of our department, you will work closely with colleagues responsible for processes and engineering, as well as various technology partners both internally and externally.
