Restaurant stuen th. is part of Hotel Skjern, owned by Kristina Bundesen and Christian Rasmussens since 2015 and is continuously renovated and expanded into a modern boutique hotel. Today there are 38 rooms, a restaurant hosting 45 a la carte guests, function- and meeting rooms for up to 60 guests and an exclusive wine cellar and Chef's table with room for 16 guests. Our guests are a mix of locals, tourists and Danish and international business guests.
