Procurement & Logistic Assistant

Workplace: ProCon Wind Energy A/S, Ankeret 5B, 9220 Aalborg Øst

Weekly working hours: Part-time (20–25 hours)

ProCon Wind Energy is a rapidly growing player in the renewables industry, focusing on onshore and offshore wind activities globally. We are currently seeking a structured and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to become part of our dedicated team (part-time position).

Your Role
As our Procurement & Logistic Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our global procurement activities and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services. You will collaborate closely with suppliers, our technical specialists, Project Managers, and Site Managers to ensure efficient supply chain operations across our projects around the world.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in procurement of materials, tools, and services
  • Maintain and update purchase orders in our system
  • Follow up on deliveries and manage supplier communication
  • Support with logistics coordination
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with procedures
  • Contribute to cost-efficiency initiatives and assist in supplier evaluations
  • Ad hoc tasks

Your Profile:

· Experience or education within procurement, supply chain, or a related field

· Strong coordinating and communication skills, with a natural ability to create structure, maintain overview and align across stakeholders

· A responsible and detail-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks with focus and care

· Flexible and adaptable - you remain calm and effective when priorities shift

· Experience with ERP systems is an advantage

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken

· A positive and optimistic team player who contributes to a good atmosphere and collaboration
