Web Designer (Remote or Hybrid) in Malta (417936)
We are looking for a creative and passionate Web Designer to join our dynamic team at Raise. If you master the principles of modern design, know how to combine aesthetics and functionality, and have a strong UX/UI sensitivity, this opportunity is made for you!
• Create attractive and functional web mock-ups and interfaces
• Improve the UX and UI of our existing platforms
• Collaborate closely with the product, development, and marketing teams
• Ensure visual consistency of our brand identity across all digital channels
• Design responsive web pages that meet current standards
Requirements
• Proven experience in web design / UI-UX design
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or other design tools
• Solid understanding of web constraints (responsive design, performance, accessibility)
• Strong web culture and keen eye for graphic details
• Autonomous, creative, and meticulous
Training provided
Onboarding to the team and the company.
Each manager is responsible for training the new recruit within their respective team. The training will be based on the recruit's job description as well as an introduction to the world of trading.

Salary
€30,000 to €40,000 per year
How will the interviews be held
The first interview will be conducted online, and if successful, the second interview will take place online with the manager responsible for the respective position.
