To support our growth, we are looking for a Student Assistant to join our accounting team who will assist with the daily work and get deep insights of how and what it means to be a part of accounting.

The opportunity:

As a student assistant you will be part of a strong regional accounting team. We provide a collaborative work environment where you have the vital role in supporting your colleagues to ensure that we deliver high quality to the organization.

The primary tasks:

  • Supporting the Accounts Payable team with processing invoices
  • Assisting with month end close tasks and monthly postings
  • Assisting the Accountants with reconciliations
  • Other ad-hoc tasks related to accounting

Qualifications:

We seek a team member that can identify with the description below:

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in relevant field
  • You are fluent in English (both verbally and written)
  • You can work around 12 hours a week during regular business hours
  • Have strong skills in excel and office in general

Skills and Attributes:

  • Good communication skills and enjoy working in an international environment with diverse cultures.
  • Detailed-oriented and structured with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
