The Position

As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and execute in-vestment projects that support and enhance our aseptic production initiatives. You will be part of the “Aseptic Production Projects - Team” within AM at our site in Gentofte, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive project success from conception through to implementation.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining project timelines, budgets, and resource allo-cation to ensure effective project execution in compliance with GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects that support aseptic production, ensuring successful execution from planning to completion with a strong emphasis on compliance with Good Manufactur-ing Practice (GMP).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliverables that align with overarching strategic goals and regulatory standards.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline key milestones, timelines, resource alloca-tion, and deliverables; establish clear objectives and success criteria for each project to guide team execution.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle, implementing mitiga-tion strategies to ensure project success and timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide regular updates regarding pro-ject status/challenges etc.

Qualifications

To be a successful candidate, you:

  • Hold a master’s degree in business management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in aseptic production or a similar GMP-regulated environment.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Can think strategically and translate business strategies into actionable plans.
  • Are fluent in both verbal and written English.

About the department
We are part of a Project Management Office (PMO) within Production Support in Aseptic Manufac-turing (AM) in Gentofte. Our PMO consists of three teams with a total of approximately 40 employ-ees, all of whom are actively engaged in managing and supporting projects.
