If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Customer Connection Team as a Claims Specialist!

About the Role:

As a Claims Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience, even when things don't go exactly as planned. You'll be the vital link between our dedicated Customer Service team and our valued suppliers, expertly handling claims and finding the best resolutions for our customers.

Working within our friendly and supportive Customer Connection Team, you'll be responsible for managing the claims process from start to finish. While many claims are processed online, your ability to handle physical claims will also be a valuable asset. A good understanding of our products will give you a significant advantage in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently and professionally handle customer and supplier claims
  • Act as the main point of contact between the Customer Service team and our suppliers regarding claims.
  • Investigate and assess the validity of claims, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all claim activities and communication.
  • Inspect and handle physical claims when necessary, which may involve hands-on assessment.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Potentially contribute to improving our claims handling processes.
What We're Looking For:
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • An advantage: Knowledge of our products and the ability to understand technical specifications.
  • A plus: Practical skills and comfort in handling physical products and claims.
  • Experience in claims handling or a related customer service role is beneficial but not essential.

The claims team is a small team, where you and the other claims representative will work in a close collaboration. It's important that you have proper communication skills, are good at explaining and helpful towards your colleagues.

Additional information

The position is expected to be 37 hours of work per week on average. Working hours are generally between 8 and 17 Monday to Friday. Working hours may expand during our high season leading from Black Friday into January as well as around Easter, where also Saturdays may be included.

The work is executed at our headquarters in Søften, a little north of Aarhus. Here you will be part of a dynamic and energetic team with various cultural and educational backgrounds. Common for us all is that we strive to give the customer the best experience possible by being in touch with us.

Starting date: 1st of June.
