Requirements:
● Experience as a professional chef, specializing in Chinese cuisine
● Expertise in a wide range of Chinese cooking techniques, including stir-frying,
steaming, and braising etc.
● Knowledge of Chinese ingredients, spices, and flavors
● Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
