Restaurant South Indian on Vesterbrogade brings the best of South India’s spicy and colorful food culture to Copenhagen. Our guests come for the authentic taste, the warm atmosphere, and passionate service – and we take pride in delivering just that every single day.

We are looking for a chef who:

  • Has experience with Indian cuisine – preferably South Indian

  • Can work independently and in a busy kitchen

  • Is committed, reliable, and quality-conscious

  • Holds a valid hygiene certificate and has knowledge of food safety

  • Can communicate in English (as we are an international team)

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing authentic South Indian dishes

  • Contributing to menu development and improvement of dishes

  • Ensuring high quality and presentation of food

  • Complying with hygiene standards and maintaining a clean kitchen environment
