This is a 1-year maternity cover position, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a leading global healthcare company.


The position
As Scrum Master, you will be responsible for driving agile product development from idea to go-live including transition to DevOps. Together with our internal stakeholders and external partners you will build strong product teams, translating initiatives into successful solutions delivering tangible benefits to the people with chronic diseases.

The product teams typically consist of approx. 5-8 team members and our current portfolio includes app development within several drug therapy areas, partner integrations, data pipelines and software development. You will be exposed to many different business areas throughout Novo Nordisk both in Denmark and globally.

As Scrum Master, you are also expected to take part in the development of the department, be proactive in identifying better ways of working and bringing improvements to the area.

The position is based in Søborg / Ørestad and you should expect 15-20 days of travel. Since you will collaborate with colleagues across the globe, you must expect some meetings to take place outside DK working hours.


Qualifications
We imagine the ideal candidate will have:

- A Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in agile product development, ideally within pharma or another regulated industry.
- Certification as a Scrum Master with strong facilitation and coaching skills.
- Solid knowledge of Cloud technologies, Software development and Mobile applications
- A proven track record of successful collaboration with internal teams and external development partners.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

About the department
Digital Health Solutions - based in Søborg, Denmark - works in close collaboration with Digital Health business units across therapy areas, Commercial IT as well as external partners to bring innovative digital solutions to patients globally, living with diabetes and other chronic diseases.

Digital Health Solutions is responsible for developing digital solutions like apps that are directly used by patients as well as the backend services and systems that support them. The apps are used for medical and healthcare purposes and will likely be integrated with connected medical devices such as connected injection pens and other connected devices.

You will join 70+ colleagues with various backgrounds such as Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Software developers, Compliance & Quality experts, Solution Architects, System Managers, DevOps Engineers, Cyber Security engineers.
