Your position

The position will be within the Rig & Marine division supporting Project Controlling team working with controlling, invoicing and documentation.

Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, right on the waterfront – views do not get any better than this. The position is part-time, and we expect you to work in the office in Esbjerg at least 2 days a week and 15-20 hours per week.

Your tasks & responsibilities

Your main responsibility is laying within the cost controlling and all the actions connected with this process.

As a Student, Project Controlling, your main responsibilities will include:

Invoicing:

  • Generate accurate and timely invoices for clients based on project milestones and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with project contracts and billing requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers to gather necessary billing information.

Cost Controlling:

  • Support the cost controlling process to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
  • Reconciliation of project costs to maintain financial integrity.

Timewriting:

  • Coordinate with project teams to collect and verify time entries from team members.

Your profile & qualifications

We expect that you structured and detail-oriented by your nature. You are ready to work independently and take a responsibility for the work that needs attentive handling. You are also communicative person, who easily can build networks.

To succeed in this position, we expect that you have the following qualifications:

  • Good with numbers, ability to handle numerical data accurately and efficiently.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel in particular
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and write
