The position

Your role as a Training Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal part in ensuring operational readiness within our manufacturing area for FFEx across the globe. As Novo Nordisk continues to grow through Capacity Expansions or through Mergers & Acquisitions, so too must our need for effective training to ensure that our employees are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed in producing high quality products to our patients.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Set direction for the overall Training Strategy for our Manufacturing area, Fill & Finish Expansion.
  • Lead a complex portfolio of training projects towards global standardisation, leading to effective training setups.
  • Perform operational leadership of assigned global project teams, ensuring effective project execution and reporting.
  • Ensure portfolio communication and implementation of solutions, focusing on fulfilment of project targets and KPIs, leading to benefit realisation.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will possess a relevant academic degree as well as the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent understanding of training processes in a regulated GxP environment, preferably from a pharmaceutical company.
  • At least 5 years of global experience in project management, change management, and organisational development from a large organisation or global consulting firm.
  • A successful track record in managing complex projects across the organisation within operational training or capacity expansion programs.
  • Experience in guiding, coaching and collaborating project team members across multiple regions.
  • Professional fluency in both written and spoken English.

As a person, you possess exceptional stakeholder management skills, an analytical mind and the ability to communicate and present to all audiences clearly. You are pro-active, can drive decision-making independently and you are curious in delivering training solutions, of tomorrow.

Join the PSQIT Training business area within Global People & Organisation at Novo Nordisk, as part of the FFEX CAPEX training team. We are 20 + Training Project Managers, that are focused on enhancing training effectiveness to achieve strong operational performance across all employee groups. We tackle strategic initiatives, identify opportunities, and drive impactful change.
