We are looking for an Operation Technician with a strong background in ICT, who possesses
specialized skills in AutoCAD repair work. The ideal candidate will have a solid
understanding of business operations, particularly in financial management, and will be able
to communicate effectively in multiple languages, with a strong emphasis on English and
Urdu.

Key Responsibilities:
⚫ Perform AutoCAD work to support various projects and operational needs to draw
diagrams.
⚫ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and ensure
compliance with budgetary constraints.
⚫ Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to enhance operational
efficiency.
⚫ Prepare and present detailed financial reports to management.
⚫ Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely project completion and
adherence to quality standards.
⚫ Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement
within the operational processes.

Qualifications:
⚫ BS in Civil Technology and MSc in Disaster Management or a related field.
⚫ Proven experience in cost control and risk management within the ICT sector.
⚫ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft (Project management) and other relevant
technical software.
⚫ Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost estimation.
⚫ Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Urdu; additional
languages are a plus.
⚫ Strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented
environment.
