Site Supervisor – Cleaning Company

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor with a background in cleaning and strong leadership skills.

About Us:

We are a multicultural company, and our working language is English. You must be fluent in both spoken and written English.
Danish is not required.

Main Responsibilities

  • Cleaning at your assigned locations

  • Quality checks on staff performance

  • Training and onboarding new/existing employees

  • Stock and supply management

  • Deliveries to staff, customers, and laundry

  • Sick/holiday cover and ad hoc staffing support

Experience with Kiehl products is a plus – not a must.
A valid driver’s license is required – we provide a company vehicle.

Working Hours

Full-time, primarily Mon–Fri starting at 05:00 AM, approx. 7–8 hours/day.
Weekend work will occasionally occur.
