Senior Buyer to Kaffekapslen’s continued growth journey

Kaffekapslen is an online retailer delivering coffee experiences directly to coffee enthusiasts across Europe. We are in the midst of an exciting growth journey and are looking for an additional Senior Buyer who is passionate about creating results and can help elevate us to the next level, with a focus on our major international suppliers and partners.

Our growth journey has been remarkable; we are eight times larger today than we were five years ago and have received nine Gazelle Awards. In 2024, we processed over 2 million orders to customers in 22 countries. As a Senior Buyer, you will play a central role in our Procurement department, where you'll have significant influence on our continued success and growth strategy.

As a Senior Buyer, your responsibilities will include:

• Building, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with our major international partners across Europe
• Negotiating prices and contracts with a sharp focus on creating value, driving growth, and achieving strategic goals in close collaboration with internal stakeholders at Kaffekapslen
• Working with strategic pricing across the countries in which Kaffekapslen operates
• Identifying new growth opportunities through innovative procurement strategies and market trends
• Ensuring that procurement activities comply with both internal and external quality standards

• Solid experience in procurement and negotiations within an international environment - ideally from a larger
  company with global suppliers/customers
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach and the ability to communicate insights effectively
• A natural sense of ownership and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
