Associate, Treasury Operations

Turn investment decisions into completed transactions – correctly, on time and with full overview.

Who we are

We help investment funds, companies, family offices and investors turn investment ambitions into action. Our clients make the decisions – we make sure they can be carried out, with the right structure, the right documents and the right checks and balances.

Treasury is at the heart of this. The team handles the capital transactions behind our clients’ investments – from the first instruction to the final registration – and makes sure that payments, agreements and registers are in order every step of the way. We work closely with our clients’ management and finance teams and with banks, administrators, lawyers and auditors across Europe.

About the role

Credibility is built long before the transaction – and proven when it matters most.

In Treasury, precision is the product. Every transaction involves money, documents and deadlines, often across several companies and countries – and every one of them has to be right.

As Associate in Treasury Operations, you will be a central part of a fast-growing team. You prepare and coordinate transactions, keep track of payments, documents and deadlines, make sure the numbers add up, and see each transaction through until it is completed, registered and filed. You will also help build the procedures, templates and tools that allow Treasury to scale – and as the team develops, other related tasks may become part of the role, shaped around your strengths.

Why you’ll enjoy working here

We are part of a growing European group and are expanding our teams. We have short decision paths, high professional standards and an entrepreneurial mindset. You plan your own day, your ideas are heard, and you share an office with around 10 colleagues – with a down-to-earth tone and room for a laugh.

What you’ll do

  • Prepare, coordinate and complete capital transactions for our clients – from instruction to registration
  • Prepare and check payment instructions, agreements and resolutions
  • Control and reconcile amounts, prices and numbers of shares
  • Coordinate with clients, banks, administrators and external advisers in Denmark and abroad
  • Make sure registrations are made on time and that registers are kept up to date
  • Document every step – so that everything can be traced and verified
  • Develop and maintain procedures, templates and checklists
  • Take on other related tasks within Treasury as they become relevant

Who you are

You might be a controller who loves a well-run process, come from fund or corporate administration, or be an experienced legal secretary with a background in corporate law who would like to work more with the financial side. Either way, we imagine that you:

  • Have a relevant education in law, business or economics, or training as a legal secretary – or equivalent experience
  • Have experience from controlling, treasury, fund administration or corporate law – for example with capital increases, company registrations or share registers
  • Are highly detail-oriented – you notice when a number, date or name doesn’t add up
  • Keep the overview across many parallel processes and deadlines – and enjoy keeping procedures simple and up to date
  • Communicate clearly in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Are strong in Excel and comfortable with online banking and registration platforms
  • Take ownership and follow through until the job is done

What we offer

A growing organisation with a professional yet informal culture – where checks and balances are a strength, not a formality.

  • A central role in a Treasury team built for growth
  • Insight into investment structures, companies and transactions across Europe
  • Professional and personal development in a growing European group
  • Flexible working hours and the option to work from home
  • Friendly, down-to-earth colleagues
  • Competitive salary, pension and benefits in line with your qualifications and experience
