Are you an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys responsibility, structure and a fast-paced production environment?

N.G.P. Tobacco ApS is looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to take overall responsibility for our warehouse operations & strategy in Haverslev.

We are looking for a structured and hands on manager who can ensure an efficient, safe and well organized warehouse and who enjoys working closely with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality and other departments.

As one of Denmark's largest producers of smoke free nicotine products, we offer an exciting position in a growing company where quality, accuracy, teamwork and continuous improvement are important.

Your Profile

We imagine that you:

  • Have experience from warehouse management, logistics or a similar operational environment.
  • Have experience with leading and developing employees.
  • Are structured, organized and able to create clear priorities.
  • Have a strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes.
  • Are comfortable working with ERP systems and warehouse data.
  • Have a strong focus on safety, quality and accuracy.
  • Are proactive and able to identify and solve operational problems.
  • Can work independently but also collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Are a visible and hands on leader who is not afraid to get involved in daily operations when needed.
  • Have experience with warehouse strategy and change management

Experience with FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, stock control and 5S is an advantage.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overall responsibility for warehouse operations, performance and organization.
  • Leading, managing and supporting Warehouse Team Leaders and Warehouse Operators.
  • Planning warehouse capacity, staffing, shifts, equipment and resources.
  • Developing and maintaining the warehouse layout, strategy and storage concept.
  • Ensuring accurate inventory levels, stock records and ERP transactions.
  • Managing warehouse processes e.g. receiving, storage, picking, production supply and shipping.
  • Define and implement warehouse strategy, layout, and storage concepts.
  • Monitoring and improving warehouse KPIs and performance.
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring high standards for safety, housekeeping and 5S.
  • Managing warehouse costs and supporting business cases and investments.
  • Coordinating warehouse activities with Production, Purchasing, Logistics and Quality.
  • Handling escalations and reporting significant risks, deviations and improvement activities to management.

N.G.P. Tobacco ApS was established in 2020 with the purpose of producing smoke-free nicotine products for Europe and international markets. The factory currently employs around 170 employees, with 20 employees in administration, and we are continuously growing and expanding our facilities in Haverslev.

We produce our own brands, including KILLA and PABLO, for more than 40 markets in Europe and abroad.
