
Technical Support Specialist
At Agito Medical, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Technical Operations team. You will become part of a collaborative and dynamic organisation with colleagues across Denmark, the UK and France. This is a hands-on role where you will work with advanced diagnostic imaging systems, helping to ensure that equipment, parts and components meet the high-quality standards expected by our customers worldwide.
As Technical Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will be:
- Perform verification, staging and quality assurance activities on diagnostic imaging systems and equipment (CT, MR, X-Ray systems and minor equipment).
- Diagnose faults and technical issues, determine root causes and recommend or implement corrective actions.
- Responsible for timely calibration, inspection, repair and maintenance of tools for diagnostic medical systems.
- Replace components and assemblies on diagnostic imaging systems.
- Recover spare parts from diagnostic imaging systems and equipment.
- Ensure accurate identification, inventory registration and quality assessment of equipment and spare parts.
- Assess recovered components and determine the most appropriate processing route to maximize usability and operational value.
- Support refurbishment, testing and commissioning activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the development of standardized technical processes and documentation.
- Support ad hoc projects and operational activities as required.

To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Mechanical / Electrical background.
- Interdisciplinary knowledge on mechanical & electrical fields.
- Ability to read, understand and follow technical documentation.
- Computer literate, using office package and CRM/ERP programs.
- Good communication skills, verbal and written in English (Danish conversational skills would be an advantage).
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A willingness to support colleagues and contribute beyond your immediate responsibilities.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-moving environment.
- A commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
Travel Requirements
The role is primarily based at our technical facility in Nørresundby, Denmark. Occasional travel may be required to support customer European projects, technical inspections, supplier visits, training activities and other operational requirements.
