Do you have experience with Nepalese cuisine and pizza making, and would you like to join a welcoming restaurant in Copenhagen?

Lovely Gorkhali is looking for an experienced and dedicated cook to join our team. We are looking for someone who can prepare authentic Nepalese dishes as well as pizzas and who takes pride in delivering great food and consistent quality.

About the job

As a cook at Lovely Gorkhali, you will become an important part of our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes from our menu and helping ensure a high standard throughout the kitchen.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and cooking authentic Nepalese dishes
  • Preparing and baking pizzas
  • Preparing ingredients before and during service
  • Ensuring consistent quality, taste and presentation
  • Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and efficient
  • Following food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Working closely with the rest of the kitchen and restaurant team
  • Helping ensure a smooth service during busy periods

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced cook who is reliable, responsible and comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment.

We expect that you:

  • Have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant kitchen experience
  • Have experience with Nepalese cuisine and/or pizza making
  • Are reliable and punctual
  • Can work independently as well as part of a team
  • Can maintain high quality during busy periods
  • Have a positive and flexible attitude
  • Have a good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
