
IT Operations Lead

As IT Operations Lead, your key responsibilities will be:
- Ensure stable operation of business-critical IT systems with high requirements for availability and reliability
- Coordinate daily IT operations, including incident handling, service requests, and problem resolution
- Monitor IT systems, infrastructure, and services to ensure performance and uptime
- Coordinate system maintenance, upgrades, and changes
- Ensure documentation of systems, processes, and configurations
- Act as primary coordination point between internal stakeholders and external IT providers
- Ensure a high level of cyber security

- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Service-minded with focus on user experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills (Danish and English)
Strong understanding of:
- IT infrastructure (cloud platforms, networks, and systems)
- IT service management processes (incident, request, and problem management)
- IT security, backup, and recovery practices
- Data structures
Education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant area of study
- Coordination of IT operations in a business environment
- Experience with Salesforce desirable
