IT Operations Lead

As IT Operations Lead, your key responsibilities will be:

• Ensure stable operation of business-critical IT systems with high requirements for availability and reliability
• Coordinate daily IT operations, including incident handling, service requests, and problem resolution
• Monitor IT systems, infrastructure, and services to ensure performance and uptime
• Coordinate system maintenance, upgrades, and changes
• Ensure documentation of systems, processes, and configurations
• Act as primary coordination point between internal stakeholders and external IT providers
• Ensure a high level of cyber security

Personal competencies:

• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Service-minded with focus on user experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills (Danish and English)

Strong understanding of:

• IT infrastructure (cloud platforms, networks, and systems)
• IT service management processes (incident, request, and problem management)
• IT security, backup, and recovery practices
• Data structures

Education and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant area of study
• Coordination of IT operations in a business environment
• Experience with Salesforce desirable
