We are looking for an IT Support & Operations Specialist to join our main site in Gørløse. In this role, you will be at the center of our IT operations—connecting users, local infrastructure, and Group IT to deliver a stable, secure, and modern IT environment.

What will you be working with?
1. User Support & Service Desk
- Support colleagues across the site with their day-to-day IT needs
- Handle incidents and service requests through Jira ServiceDesk in a helpful and structured way
- Deliver reliable support with a strong focus on service and user experience
2. IT Infrastructure & Operations
- Take care of the local IT infrastructure, including network, servers, storage, PCs, and mobile devices
- Work hands-on with security, Active Directory, and Azure/Entra environments
- Help keep our systems stable, secure, and well maintained with a strong Microsoft focus
3. Device Management
- Manage the lifecycle of PCs and mobile devices so colleagues have the tools they need
- Prepare and provide equipment for new employees to give them a great start
- Drive smarter ways of working through automation with Intune and EasyInstall
4. Development & Improvement
- Play an active role in modernizing our IT landscape
- Help create more consistent and efficient ways of working across hardware, software, and processes
- Bring global IT solutions to life in the local business
- Improve daily operations through automation, for example patching and deployments
- Maintain documentation in a regulated MedTech environment where quality and compliance matter
5. Collaboration & Context
- Be part of an international IT environment with colleagues across locations
- Contribute to global IT initiatives and projects that create real value
- Act as an important link between local needs and global IT standards
What You Bring
- Around 5 years of experience within IT operations and infrastructure
- Solid experience working with Microsoft environments such as Active Directory and Azure/Entra
- A good understanding of networks, servers, and IT security
- Experience from a regulated environment is a plus
It is a plus if you have experience with:
- Veeam Backup
- Virtualization such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Intune and EasyInstall
- Jira ServiceDesk
- Firewall solutions such as Check Point, Fortinet, or pfSense
- ITIL principles
- ISO 2700x controls
Languages
- You communicate confidently in both Danish and English
- German is a plus
